The Legend

Package Price: $1,995
Travel & Lodging
Travel fees are calculated at $50.00/hr per entertainer, only when the venue is located over 1 hour from their location. Lodging fees vary and are only calculated when the venue is located over 2 hours from the entertainer’s location.
Parking Stipends
When applicable, parking stipends are calculated at $50.00 per entertainer.
Early Arrival & Set-Up
If early set-up is required, fees are calculated at $50.00/hr per entertainer.
200+ Guest Counts (applied to photo booth packages only)
For events with guest counts over 200, a fee of $15.00 is added for every 25 additional guests.

Uplighting
Uplighting is created by strategically placing individual lights on the floor and pointing them up toward the ceiling. This creates a glow around the perimeter of your event space, dramatically improving the ambiance. Uplighting comes in a variety of color options.
Sound & Microphones
This service includes 1 to 2 microphones for host or guest use, a state-of-the-art sound system, 1-2 dedicated sound engineers, set-up, and breakdown. Microphone types are based on availability and may include wired, wireless, or lavaliers.
Extra Microphones
Add additional wireless, wired, or lavalier microphones for $50.00/ea.
DJ Set-Ups
Add a second or third sound system in a separate location for $250.00/ea.
Song Composition
Can’t find your song in our music library? No problem! We are happy to arrange or compose sheet music for $50.00 to $100.00 per arrangement. Pricing depends on the size of the ensemble and the length of the song. The first arrangement is always free!
Early Arrival (Photo Booths Only)
Ensure no part of your event is interrupted with our Early Arrival option for $50.00/hr per booth operator.
Tent Coverage
If you do not have access to adequate coverage for your entertainment, we can provide shelter from direct sunlight or rain with our 10×10 EZ-UP tent.
Horns
Add a variety of horns to your band, such as saxophone, trumpet, or trombone.
Overtime
If available, additional hours with your DJ, band, or photo booth can be purchased on-site for $150/hr per entertainer.
Amplification (Custom Ensembles Only)
When needed, we’re happy to amplify & provide sound for any solo musician or ensemble.
